Semi Automated Measurement Tools

The aim of this exercise is to demonstrate to the user how to measure using semi automated tools. The user will be able to measure using part of the inventory of semi automated tools available within Orbit Feature Extraction.

Measure objects using different semi automated tools.

1. Add the run
   CA Toronto by Optech.
2. Measure
   a side of the road between two intersections, using the “Closest Point” technique and choose for the semi automated “Ridge with 1 point” tool.
3. Measure
   an electric cable, using the “Closest Point” technique and choose for the semi automated “Curve with 1 point” tool.
4. Measure
   a dashed road mark, using the “Closest Point” technique and choose for the semi automated “Road mark with 3 points” tool.
