EOS Resources can be published on the web using the IOS extension and the Orbit FlashMap viewer. The internet, represented by IOS, connects to EOS as a predefined user. EOS and it's IOS extension are embedded in the Orbit FlashMap product download.
⇒ You can use the 'Publish To The Web' option from Orbit GIS to create a web page instantly.
All internet access to EOS is managed by the IOS extension. IOS itself acts as a single user to EOS. This user is defaulted to 'ios' with password 'ios'. You should create this user account and set resources viewable for this user.
Then use the Publish to the Web export function in the EOS Console. This function will generate an OGC WMS compatible Capabilities file. To create this file properly, all and only those resources that are made available to user 'ios' will be accessed.
Now use Orbit GIS to create a Workspace and publish that workspace to the web as a configuration file for the Orbit FlashMap browser viewer.
Consult the Orbit FlashMap documentation for more details.
