Microdrone Airborne Mapping Extension

The Microdrone Airbourne Mapping extension to Orbit GIS aims to facilitate small-scale airborne surveying using the Microdrone UAV.

This extension makes it possible to plan flights with your Microdrone so that stereo-coverage is properly prepared and executed, ready for use in the Orbit Strabo Photogrammetry package.

Note that this extension does not include the Orbit Strabo Photogrammetry package.

Installation

  1. Download and install OrbitGIS 4.3 from the website.
  2. Install the 'Microdrone Airborne Mapping“ extension.

The extension will appear automatically in the “Extensions” menu after restarting Orbit GIS.
