AI-Detection: 2D Segmentation (Cracks)

This page is about AI-Detection jobs. It describes how to leverage an AI-Detector to automatically detect regions in JPG images. AI-Detection will create masks overlaying each image of the Mapping Resource and featuring the classes of interest.

• Log-in Bentley IMS and Accept.

• Set in Extract > AI-Detection.

• Choose a Mapping Resource on-boarding JPG images in original folder (planars or panoramas)

• Set the Detector parameters on Image / 2D Segmentation and choose appropriate AI-Detector from AI-Library (if no AI-Detector available, please refer to AI-Library: Get access to AI-Detectors)

• Press Start Now

• Results must then be imported to be reviewed in images
  

• Set in Extract / Image Annotation Editor / Preferences
  Make sure Segmentation - Display on Views is enabled

• Annotated images can then be viewed in Mobile/Aerial mapping tab
