None-textured OBJ cannot be converted into Web-Ready 3D Scalable Mesh.

Plugins can be added to the software program directory after installation to enable extra functionalities.

Download the package. Create a folder named 'plugin' in the '<Software Installation>/program/' folder. Unzip and copy the package to this new folder. Restart the software and the Mesh tab in Optimize Data Tools sidebar will contain multiple file format options.
