Example: Trigger host object edit or delete on selection

The example below demonstrates how to trigger an edit or delete on a host object as it is being selected.
Some host objects are added on the left, rendered as green triangles. Use the radiobuttons on the right to define what you want to do when a selection is made. Then open the inspector sidebar and make a selection.
