This video provides guidance on how to sign in to Bentley’s Identity Management System (IMS).

If you are signing in for the first time and have not previously used any Bentley applications, enter your email address and select Next.

If you are already logged in to CONNECT or any other Bentley application that uses IMS authentication, the IMS login page will automatically display the email account currently signed in. To continue, simply select the appropriate account.

If you are not signed in to any Bentley application, you may be redirected to the Microsoft Azure AD login page. There, you will need to enter your Windows password and complete the required authentication steps. Please follow your organization’s standard login procedures when accessing Microsoft Azure AD.
