Create a WMTS connection for web based resources

This video is about creating a WMTS connection using the 3DM Content Manager and sharing an .otm file to the Orbit 3DM Publisher.
The same workflow is applied when using the 3dm_feature_extraction and Orbit 3DM Cloud.

1. Add Web server connection type WMTS
2. Select a content from the available list
3. Add new layers to the dataset list
4. Inspect layers
5. Optional : create .otm file and share it to the Orbit 3DM Viewer Orbit 3DM Viewer
