This script converts (one-to-one) all vector files in a given directory and format into a target directory and format of choice.

The directory path for the source vector files.
The storage format of the source vector files.
The directory path for the target vector files.
The storage format of the target vector files.
The CRS of the target vector files.
The CRS of the source vector files is derived from the associated resource .ord file.
