• Publications can be shared with users that are added in the console. Each user has a login and a password.
• Create a user group to share a publication with multiple users by one click.

Users can be added by clicking on 'new' in the upper right corner.

• Login + Password: Create a login and password for the user.
• (Optional) Fill in the first name, last name, email and a description of the user.

User groups can be added by clicking on 'new' in the upper right corner.

• Name: Every user group should have a unique name.
• (Optional) Fill in a description of the user group.
• Toggle on the slider to add a user to the user group.
