Make sure that your workspace has a projection system. Without this, coordinates cannot be interpreted correctly. To add a CRS, click on the mapcanvas statusbar and choose your CRS. Be sure that you take the CRS of the flight location!

The 'File Format Error' means that the import files in the flight directory '2_flight_data « imagery_and_photolists' are not the right format.

1. Check if the folder '2_flight_data « imagery_and_photolists' includes photos and orientation file.
2. Check if the number of images in the image-folder equals the number of lines in the orientation file.
3. Check if your UAV type is right.
