This page gives an overview and describes the obliques procedures to manage your projects.
Import a raw set of data
Procedures > Administration > Oblique > Import Project
Extensions > Obliques > File > Import project..
To use oblique data in Orbit, the raw data needs to be processed into a “project” using an “import template”.
The administration procedure “Import Project” allows the Orbit administrator to import a raw set of oblique data.
The import procedure will be different depending the selected import template according the type of Oblique data. All import configurations like the available components, camera definitions, calibrations and coordinate systems are stored within this template.
It is necessary to prepare and structure the data properly in accordance to used import template : Data Preparation and Import Templates. All
The Import Project procedure is not available for Orbit Oblique Explorer.
The Explorer is not able to import and process raw data. Data must be processed as Orbit Project to be added into an Explorer.
Add an Orbit Obliques Project (*.oop)
Procedures > Administration > Obliques > Add Project
Extensions > Obliques > File > Add project..
Update the current Obliques project
Procedures > Administration > Obliques > Add Project
Extensions > Obliques > File > Edit project..
Remove a Project from list, no data will be deleted
Procedures > Administration > Obliques > Add Project
Extensions > Obliques > File > Remove project..
Open an imported project / recent project
A successfully imported Obliques Project is available for operators for viewing via the “Open Project” or “Recent Project” procedure.
Choose a project from the list and Open project.

Close an opened project
Sometimes it is necessary to close a project in order to refresh edits and open it again.
