  - Proceed with quality control
  - Calculate metadata
  - Verify the ready to share status\
  - Share resources
  - Launch the Orbit 3DM Console
  - Create new resource
  - Create new Publication
  - Setup the Publication (add resources, set settings, configure workspace layout with views and basemaps)
  - Save Publication
