  - Open a Point Clouds in Map3D
  - Open Tools - 3D Point Clouds Selection 
  - Pick a merge mode (replace, add, intersect, remove)
  - Delete selected points
  - Export the new point clouds 
  - Inspect the source point clouds and the .opd file (Orbit Point Clouds Deleting file)
