This video is about creating a new vector layer in which measurements can be saved (the vector layer includes attributes with different rules). \\

  * There is no need to create a vector layer prior to making a measurement. Although there is a need for a vector layer if the measurement needs to be saved.

  - Create new vector dataset Trees with Preset configurations
     * Set CRS 
     * By default, an attribute table is generated and preconfigured with formulas.
     * Optional : add new attributes
  - Save the vector dataset
