This video is about creating a new vector layer in which measurements can be saved (the vector layer includes attributes with different rules). \\

  * There is no need to create a vector layer prior to making a measurement. Although there is a need for a vector layer if the measurement needs to be saved.

  - Create new vector dataset type 3D line
     * Add attributes 
  - Save the vector dataset
  - Create new vector dataset trees with Preset configurations
     * Attribute table added by default
  - Save the vector dataset
  - Review the Structures and the attribute tables
