====== Raster Processing ======

The Raster Processing Extension to Orbit GIS adds advanced raster processing tools to Orbit GIS.  

The [[legend|visualisation of rasters]] is part of Orbit GIS itself and as such doesn't require the Raster Processing extension.

Orbit GIS defines a raster as a single-band image.

  * [[crossref]] - //calculates the cross-reference between 2 rasters or image bands//
  * [[calculator]] - //generates new rasters by combining samples of of multitude of rasters or image bands using some formula//
