====== Managing Datasets ======

All spatial resources opened in your workspace are listed in the Dataset List (or Table Of Contents). That is the (upper part) of the left side of the screen. Each Dataset is represented with a row in the list, showing an on/off flag and the Dataset name. "ON" means that the Dataset is currently visible in the [[..:..:view:handling:viewport|Map View Window]]. Options and features of the [[viewoptions|Dataset List]] and the [[..:..:datasets:selected_dataset|Current Selected Dataset]] are altered through the [[..:..:introduction:tourguide:menu_overview#dataset_menu_manage_spatial_resources|Dataset Menu]].
