====== IOS ======

The **IOS** stands for //Internet Orbit Service//.  It is a service providing easy internet access to data on the server.  It does so by implementing these technologies : 
  * A HTTP 1.1 server
  * WMS 1.1.0 operations
  * XML operations (extensible in Java)

The XML operations allow FlashMap to implement object selection and startup operations.
