====Create Footprints====

Create Footprints is mainly meant to support bridge clearance workflow.
It allows the extraction of polygons from classified pointcloud.
These polygons are the projected intersection of two classes of a classified pointcloud

===Source===
A classified pointcloud should be considered. The classes you want to consider for intersection and downstream polygon extraction should be enabled (in our case, creation of polygons intersecting Bridge and Road classes to obtain bridges' footprints)

===Range of Interest===
Select the region of interest in which the footprint creation must occur.
This can be 2D-Polygons or 3D-Objects (often derived from AI-Detection)

===Source Options===
Define the granularity level at which the footprint extraction should be executed:
The smallest grid-cell size: the more precise, but slower
The highest grid-cell size: less precise but fast

===Target===
Define the path of the output footprints

===Target Options===
Define a Buffer around extracted footprint in case you prefer to extend all polygons' boundaries
Define a minimum Area to filter out potential small outliers resulting from misinterpretation

===Output===
The output is an OVF layer onboarding footprints polygons that can be used in any downstream workflow.
More specially in the Clearance Checker.
