**Search Box Size**: Width and Height and **Slice thickness**\\
Dimensions of the 'template' slice.\\

**Search radius** and **Step trajectory**\\
Distance of search for the similar slice around the initial position, which is determined   **step trajectory** away from previous slice along trajectory line.\\ 

**Repositioning step**\\

**Mask cell size** and **Profile min match**\\
Slice is split into smaller cells. Cells one-by-one are compared to the cells of the next slice (presence of points inside each of them) and match percentage is determined.\\

**Final line Distance points**\\
Distance between vertexes of the output line.\\

**Smooth Margin**\\
Smoothing tolerance.
