====== Basemap Selection ======

The Basemap Selection menu can be reached by clicking the map icon at the bottom of the Viewer Sidebar. \\
It provides the possibility to change the active base map in the workspace. \\
Depending the [[2210:viewer:menu:settings:general|Reference View Settings]], it is possible to switch between available base maps or select multiple.\\
The listed base maps are chosen using the [[2210:viewer:menu:viewer_catalog|Viewer Catalog]]. \\
Basemaps can be shown on the [[2210:viewer:viewmodes:reference|Reference View]] or in a [[2210:viewer:viewmodes:3d|3D View]], if enabled in the [[2210:viewer:menu:settings:views|Settings]]. \\
