Vexcel Osprey
This page describes the original Vexcel UltraCam Osprey oblique mapping resources for Orbit import. ^\\
The template is created based on an export from UltraMap Aerial v5.3.3 (Build 35.4.2111.2501).
Use the corresponding Orbit Import Template to import the described original data. \\
It is recommend to read first 2210:technology:3d_mapping:about_resources.
Imagery
Oblique images only.
Image files
* Files : *.tif files, each oblique image is one tif image file.
* Naming: [Nr] from Photo Position File + [Filename Suffix] to be specified at Import Run. E.g. "12-Oblique-Left.tif"
^ Vexcel Camera ^ Vexcel Camera Description ^ Orbit Planar ^
| Cam 2 | Oblique-Left | Planar 1 |
| Cam 3 | Oblique-Right | Planar 2 |
| Cam 4 | Oblique-Forward | Planar 3 |
| Cam 5 | Oblique-Backward | Planar 4 |
Image positions and orientations files
* File: one *.csv or *.txt file for each camera
* Structure: Flat ASCII text file
* Rows: each image is one record
* Columns: semicolumn separated (char59), headers, with exact order as the example below.
* Structure of file name: Exactly as the result of "Concat([Nr],[Filename_Suffix])" from the example below.
* Crs: Any supported projected coordinate system can be used, but all imported oblique resources should have the same CRS.
