However, while your updating, no one can use or access the Orbit desktop Client or Orbit Service. ===== Preparations ===== === Request Activation Key === * Request your Activation Key to validate your updated Product, contact Sales at Orbit GT. * Read the updated license system, **online connectivity is required** : [[112:technologies:licenses|]]. === Download Update Package === Download the update package from the Orbit ftp and unzip \\ Make sure you download the package according your Orbit Server type and version. Verify your version via the Orbit desktop Client About Window ([[112:orbit_desktop:workspace:toolbar|Main Toolbar]] > Help > About > Details).
