====== Advises on using an RPAS =====

Be aware that you take into account some neccessary flight conditions before take off. A successful result can only be guaranteed when:

  * fly with batteries in optimal condition.
  * wind- and gustspeed is not too high.
  * local legal aspects for flying are studied.
  * inspect the area before flying to be sure of no objects at flying path.

  * mounted camera, which is oriënted as vertically as possible, is [[111:uas_mapping:manage:calibration_of_camera|calibrated]] before the flight.

  * [[111:uas_mapping:manage:ground_control_points|ground control points]] (clearly presignalised in case of soft terrain) are strategically positioned and measured.

  * use dedicated hardware e.g. i7, 16-32 GB ram, SSD HD, multithreading (8, 16, or more)
