====== Convert Point Cloud ======

The "Convert Point Cloud" tool converts one or more [[111:technologies:resources:supported_formats|supported LidAR files]] into one supported LIDAR file. \\

**Source** \\
Select the source file or source directory. \\
When using a source directory all supported point cloud files of the selected directory (and optionally subfolders) will be used. 

Set the [[111:technologies:crs:crs_orbit|coordinate reference systems]] of the source file(s). \\
When using a source directory all supported point cloud files supposed to be in the same CRS. 

**Optoi** \\
Select target directory and set the coordinate system of the target Point Cloud file.

**Options** \\
According to the chosen format one can apply the following options:
  * Strip attributes: Flag the attributes you wich to retain in the destination file
  * Filter point cloud
  * Density (only when choosing "Orbit Point Cloud")
