Observations

Observations are an essential part of the triangulation procedure and can be gathered in different ways using the next menu.
Observations are made by measuring tiepoints.

    This version of Strabo does not have an automated tiepoint selection procedure.
  2. Save Observations
    This function will save all the image point observations on the project's directory in a file name called: '{Projectname} Observations.txt' using the following format:


    1. Each image starts with imagename and focal
    2. A list of the image point measurements in camera coordinate system.
    3. last point in each image is: “-99 0.000 0.000”
  3. Read Observations…
    This function lets you select a file containing observations.
    The file must have the same format as described above.
