Opening an existing project
- Go to the file menu of the overview dialog.
- Open a project. This can also be done by pressing Ctrl-O.
- Select a project file, which has the syntax 'projectname.spr'. Since all parameters are in this file the project will be immediately ready for use.
- If the path of the photographs has changed, the project will not be able to locate them. This problem can be resolved by opening the project dialog and re-locating the path of the photographs using the 'Find Path Photos…' button.
- Since the camera parameters for a project are also saved in the project file 'projectname.spr', it is possible that the camera mentioned in the project is also found in the 'Strabo Camera List'. This is done by comparing the camera descriptions.
- If the descriptions are identical:
- The parameters are identical: the camera is used.
- the parameters are different: If the camera parameters saved in the project file are not the same as these in the 'Strabo Camera List', a warning dialog will appear. Two options are possible:

See the Remark on the Camera Comparison for further explanation.
