Resource Descriptor File

Orbit knows a range of extensions for each type of resource. These extensions are stored in a Resource Descriptor file (*.ORD). When opening a file, the ORD file is opened along, and it's properties applied to the resource.

Resource Descriptor items are among others : attribute naming, primary attribute, table join definition and more. For all information, consult the Resource Descriptor file PDF document available from www.orbitgis.com.
