3DM Manage and Extract
AI Analysis Fine Tuning
- A color ramp selection has now been added in Compare Point Cloud to Design.
- The workflow from the Point Cloud Annotation Editor to the Point Cloud Selection Sidebar has been improved.
- A directory of OPS files can now be opened.
- A new moveable window can be used within the Desktop.
- Selecting any OPS will add the file into the 3D Point Cloud Selection.
- The Delivery procedure can now clip data by AI Labeled Images.
- Point Cloud Files will now retain custom classification labels after resource export.
- The iTwin Catalog AI-Library will now keep search bar values after a refresh.
- The Local Catalog Tab and sidebar will now show if a Mapping Resource contains Annotations.
- The Job ID is now saved to AI Detection project configuration files.
- Change Detection now has a range of interest and results can use now can use custom legend files.
- The Change Detection option tooltip is now persistent to read all information.
- The AI Library now implements single click column sorting like Reality Management.
- AI Detection can now be performed with scripting.
- Updated code was necessary to read the latest changes in the AI Engine python module.

AI Evaluation: Reporting
- A generated report form the AI Evaluation workflow can now be opened and read.
- Reports can be exported as a PDF.
Convert and Import new Data types
- A new file type TomTom SQLITE Point Cloud can be now imported and converted.
- A unique list of drivers from user-app-data and program-system directories is now created within the application.
- XYZ Tilemaps can now be uploaded into Reality Management.
- XYZ Tilemaps are now not incorrectly identified as 3DTiles and not opened upon Drag-and-drop.
- XYZ Tilemaps can now be opened from the iTwin Catalog Reality data subtab and streamed in desktop.
- The Create Tile Map Tool can now make XYZ Tile Maps.
- It is now possible to obtain a temporary SAS URL for XYZ Tile Maps on from the iTwin Catalog Reality Data subtab.
Create Spatial Catalog
- A Geospatial Index is now made to show the extent of Reality data within an iTwin.
- A Tool Create Geospatial Index is now made and can have a custom legend.
- The Spatial Join Tool has had usability updates to be consistent with recent tools.
Enable AI Evaluation Workflow
- A new AI Evaluation sidebar has been created.
- There is now quick access from the sidebar 'AI Detection' to 'AI Evaluation'.
- AI Evaluation results can be imported into Mapping Resources.
- AI Evaluation results can be viewed within the Mapping Image View.
- Evaluation results can be viewed in Image Annotation Editor.
- AI Evaluation can we done with an unclassified Point Cloud.
- Evaluation segmentation results now provide correct and incorrect labels in the report output.
- The Point Cloud AI Evaluation results a more unique display name to differentiate between multiple results.
Implement DAR (Data Agreement Registry) Consent for AI Training
- A new subtab Data Agreements has been made within the iTwin Catalog and iTwin Sidebar. This allows for user to view and modify existing data agreements with reality data.
- DEM files will now automatically create OLG files via TIF file Drag-and-drop and also converting to OMI.
- When uploading data to Reality Management, Manage and Extract will now follow the same Display name character rules as the Reality Management Portal.
- From the iTwin Catalog, there is now updated status icons and tooltip to better differentiate Reality Data availability and used for viewing.
- Red=Reality Data is still being authored.
- Orange=The reality data bucket is empty.
- Green=Reality Data is ready to use.
- The AI Library and iTwin Catalog have usability improvements when updating. They include:
- Display current Reality Data ID, Feature Class ID, and AI Detector Name
- Rename “Start” to “Apply”.
- Selection stays after “Apply”.
- When in the update procedure, the table selection can quickly select new Reality Data, Feature Class, or AI Detector.
Import & Improve Reality Data Interoperability
- The file types named Cesium 3D Tiles and Cesium 3D Point cloud have been renamed respectively to OGC 3D Tiles and OGC 3D Tiles Point Cloud.
- Draco decompression now occurs during rendering, and prevents resource flickering.
- When uploading Orthophoto to Reality Management, auxiliary files and world files associated with JP2,JPEG, and ECW are now included.
- Its now possible to update Reality Data Properties from the iTwin Catalog.
- A Cloud resource ID is now saved an access log after uploading to Reality Management.
- There is now support for SLPK files post 1.7 spec.
- TIFF sample values now work in combination with LZW compression.
- For Oracle databases connections, its now possible to create spatial columns and tables.
- Updating tables to the latest Oracle database is now possible.
- There is now a set content Encoding flag for compressed file uploads, allowing for Mesh data to be viewed within iTwin.JS.
Improve Clearance Checker
- The Clearance Checker tool has been updated with new specs and capabilities.
- The tab has been improved to reflect more accurate date times, 24 hour formats, and processing time.
- Clearance checker can now be run as a service.
- Fixed a small misalignment on lowest clearances when areas were divided in sections.
- The expected ground value can be better defined with the parameters Tolerance and Thickness.
- The output of clearances will now have a better focus position if opening from the Slice View.
- Attributes are now added to the Clearance Checker results.
Improve Image Annotations
- The Image Annotation Editor has been updated.
- New and Edit buttons have been combined.
- The Image block is renamed to Annotations.
- The focus button is removed and changed to Focus on Map and Open Image View.
- A class is now activated by clicking on the name.
- Its now possible to select Original or Processed Imagery within the Image Annotation Editor.
- An Add and Remove vertex option is now available within the Image Annotation Editor.
- The Image Annotation Editor can now additionally filter images that are only opened from the Mapping Extension.
Improve Trajectory Display
- Visualizing Trajectory was possible in many different lists, tabs, and sidebars. It is now streamlined:
- The trajectory will default to open or close based upon Mapping preferences.
- The trajectory of Mapping Runs is now rendered directly as a trajectory, not a generic resource.
- The trajectory can be opened and closed now from the Dataset List.
- The Trajectory segment is now no longer visible when Show Trajectory is not selected.
- Toggling the Trajectory from the Mapping Extension and Trajectory sidebar is removed
- The Trajectory sidebar is now named Trajectory Adjustment.
Improve User Experience
- When deleting photo positions or imagery from the Edit Mapping Resource procedure, an updated Zoom extent will occur.
- Multi-threading now possible with OTM rendering.
Manage and Display Extended Metadata
- Resource ORD files now store a processing lineage to help provide context on how data were modified since initial import. This include parameters of:
- Source location; Source crs; Target location; Target crs; Processing time; Created user; Created time, Created application.
Migrate AI Detectors
- The AI Library Service has now migrated from an internal service to public APIM service.
- New AI Detectors will have need to by synched 25.3 Analysis Engine. This can be now done in the AI Library Tab via the new AI Detector API endpoint.
- A separate log file will be printed when synchronizing the Cloud AI-Library.
Resolve CRS Issues
- The local catalog will now have a web readiness warning for data in Imperial and/or compound CRS (Horizontal + Vertical).
- Obtaining a Resource CRS will now be determined by the envelope CRS within the resource.
- A Mapping resource will now status checks to determine if data are in an Imperial CRS. Additionally, user feedback will be provided whether or not to open the resource.
- If source data are in Imperial CRS during convert, a popup will appear recommending to switch to Metric CRS.
- Source import data in imperial CRS will now default to a target metric equivalent.
- A warning will appear if user is converting data to an Imperial CRS from both the convert sidebar and Mapping Import.
- Private CRS definitions more visible in the CRS selection window with a new column and icon.
Usabilities
- A Trial License suffix will existing in the application frame title if there isn't a full Connection License.
- The Reference Map now initialize the TataSteel base CRS upon application startup.
- Resource containing a Valuelist with the datatype Integer can now be used.
- File format descriptions have been renamed to be consistent between the file explorer and the iTwin and Local Catalog.
- When uploading a Reality Data Collection in Reality Management, a File-Path filter is now an option.
- A new display notification appears in the progress bar when downloading files from Reality Management.
- The format description of resources is now visible within the Inspect panel.
- The processing time for the Extract extensions is now saved within the output project configuration file.
- Coco datasets can now be imported with Object, Blur, and Erase options.
- Coco datasets now provide some user context when importing.
- Automated and Semi-automated detection results review all feature attributes for workspace unit conversion.
- The behavior when quickly clicking the “visible” checkbox of a dataset in the DataSetList is improved, reducing the occasional “zoom to extent” event.
Maintenance
- A secure win64 version of the SQLite JDBC library is now in the default installation.
- An Amazon S3 storage driver is now being used to replace the previous MinIO driver.
- Catalog Signing on released products is now implemented.
- The Tools > Convert 3D vertices to vertices option has now a middle and median Z Value ouput.
- All contents from the iTwin Catalog sidebar can now be copied with a new copy button.
- The default Import Template combo box width is not extended to display long template names. Template input fields and will not be refreshed when closing procedure step.
- The preset Input template camera height value is now set to 2.2 meters.
- A unique list of drivers if now created between program drivers and drivers saved on local appdata.
- New Legend render results can now be automatically seen in WebMap GL.
- Convert Objects to 3D has two new output options:
- 3D Areas from Center Point.
- 3D Areas from Areas.

- Fixed a bug where an Asset Resource ODB file would not be removed or edited in a Postgres Database.
- Fixed a bug where a modification to a mapping resource would change the reference Map CRS.
- Fixed a bug where an OVT to SHP file would not convert.
- Fixed a bug where KMLs could not be visualized.
- Fixed a bug where annotations would not be visible if a run had processed imagery.
- Fixed a bug where the 'Create Tile Map' tool overrode the source OMI file.

Expand Cloud Workflows
- The Report a Problem workflow is now also available within the 3DM Cloud.

Improve Feature Service support
- There is now support for reading WFS3. Now Bentley Hosted Feature Classes can be consumed from Orbit 3DM Cloud.
- There is a newly made Feature Class Tab in the Cloud Console.
- Feature Class(es) can be now consumed and edited within the Cloud Viewer.
- Feature Class can be used within the Inspector sidebar and Create & Verify sidebar.
Manage and Display Extended Metadata
- The Lineage properties of ORD files is also available when uploading to 3DM Cloud.
Maintenance
- There is now an increase Azure Block-blob Maximum size for single file resource uploads.
- Orbit Account Service and the 3DMapping Cloud now use Amazon SeS.
- The orbitgt.com and 3dmapping.cloud have been updated to latest versions of WordPress.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where a pointcloud disappears from 3D View when a photo child view exists.
- Fixed a bug where the Public share setting still had the viewer sidebar.
- Fixed a bug where the Report Details can an error on Resolved reports.
Publisher
Maintenance
- Publisher now supports compatible Amazon S3 external Storages.
- API Responses are now supported with deflate, reducing bandwidth in the console and viewer.
- The HTTP Server now bundles and hosts woff2 data files with font data with the respective content-type.
- There is now added HTTP Strict-Transport-Security headers when hosting via https.
Support for External Access Providers (Open ID Connect)
- There is now extra documentation for Single Sign On with Microsoft Azure configuration(s).
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the measurements in the measure sidebar did not update to a new page.
- Fixed a bug where Publisher crashes when using the Snapshot Endpoint.
- Fixed a bug where saving configuration fails after an error.
- Fixed a bug where an additional tab opened after a Publication login.
- Fixed a bug where a when password maximum age is disabled Publications to be opened.
- There now isn't a password policy applying to Access Provider logins.
3DM Viewer
Enhance Timeline Configurations
- There now is also filtering of resource envelopes with the Time Filter.
- There is now a listing mode for Timelines.
- Publication can now be opened and filtered by time from new URL arguments.
- The timeline now updates when a resource child comes into focus.
Improve Focus
- Inspector Focus now behaves like the Geocoding Focus.
- The Focus reference view can now update to a new user-set map scale.
Improve Linear Reference Capabilities
- A linear reference must always be first selected now before entering a value.
- The LRef Distance field will be disabled as long as the user does not select an LRef ID.
- If there are not multiple LRef objects, the LRef Distance field will stay enabled.
Improve Footprint Visualization
- The footprint legend panel has layout updates to be more clear when adjusting settings.
- Footprints will now appear for dynamic resources when visibility is set less than infinite.
- There is now an added visibility to enable or disable a resource group envelope.
Improve User Experience
- Is is now possible to adding new preset quick setting with up to 20 quick settings total.
- There are no longer a welcome message when opening bookmarks.
- Resource Lineage is also available in the Viewer
- The floors on the sidebar now has the extra space from top and bottom level removed.
- Reference view visibility in Dynamic resources now looks at the resource type, not if Resource Children are open.
Integration Image Annotations Workflow
- A new Photo Annotation sidebar has been created allowing online and scalable image annotation workflows.
Resolve CRS Issues
- To avoid Vertical CRS issues, The viewer will always render data in ellipsoid height. Also, the Ellipsoid Height has been added to the view state and Ground Height General Settings. The end user behavior will remain the same, as all data will be transformed in any user-configured Vertical CRS.
- A banner is now added when a ground height setting is saved from the viewer.
Support Texture Compression
- The viewer now supports the Khronos Texture Container .KTX2 format.
Maintenance
- A more meaningful error message is displayed when a publication name is invalid.
Bug fixes
- Fixed a bug where the Ground Height was incorrectly saved if using Imperial compound CRS.
- Fixed a bug where it was not possible to Select Objects via Inspect Select from Long datatypes.
- Fixed a bug where Aerial Imagery Resources were rendered on top of a Discrete Photo.
- Fixed a bug where Coco files would sometimes not import back into a Mapping Resource.
- Fixed a bug where the Clear button would not clear within the Create and Verify Sidebar.

The 3DM Viewer SDK includes all 3DM Viewer improvements.

Add new SDK Function
- A new SDK function 'getWorkspaceReferenceBounds' is now added to retrieve workspace bounds.
Service Plugin and SDK
- An updated ArcGIS Pro plugin has been made.
- There is now Added support to keep original crs on mapobjects.
- The Viewer SDK can now has Communication CRS for MapObjects which now will avoid and transformation errors between the Host and Viewer.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where the ESRI Plugin layers will not refresh.
- Fixed a bug where the SDK was not sending onZoomToExtent bounds in the communication CRS.
- Fixed a bug where floors update to different levels when opening from the SDK.
