NavVis VLX
This page describes the requirements for a custom NavVis VLX import with containing a CSV file, Images, and Point Cloud for Orbit Import Template “NavVis VLX”. It is advised to read first Orbit Mapping Resource.
Photos
Image files
- Image type : Standard image
- Image resolution : Any
- File format : Each image is one *.jpg file
- File name : Exactly as in image positions file, see below.
- Folder structure : All images files in one folder
Image positions
- File format : One ascii file for all images
- File structure Rows : Each image is one record
- File structure Columns : Comma separated (char44), with header and exact matching column names
- Required Column names
Filename: File name as on disk, with file extensionX,YandZ: Any supported coordinate system, decimal notation, without thousands separator, Lon/Lat for geographical coordinates.

Timestamp: Supported value for Timestamp, see Supported Mapping Resources > General Notes TimestampsOrientation: Supported value for Orientation, see Supported Mapping Resources > Imagery
