Mobile Mapping View Component

MM View > Navigate, Open and Close Views

Zoom and Pan

These functions are always available even when an other function is activated :

  • Mouse Wheel
    The mouse-wheel allows a fast zoom on the panorama image center. This behavior is always available even when an other function is active.
  • Click and drag
    Click and drag to pan the panorama image.
  • Double-Click left and right lower corner
    Double click the left lower corner of the image view to center the map to the photo position.
    Double click the right lower corner of the image to reset the viewing orientation angles tilt (0°) and field of view (90°).

Open view from Map component

  • Replace view via push pin
    Hover above the blue push pin of an opened view, click and drag the push pin to another map photo position.
    When hovering above a push pin the mouse pointer will be displayed as a black four arrow-icon indicating you can move the push pin.
  • Replace view(s) via map click
    1. Activate the Add view function via the + icon from the panorama component sidebar.
    2. Click a location on the map to replace the currently opened view(s) with the nearest image(s) pointing to the indicated map position.
      Via the settings you can define the number of viewers to be opened with a single click.
  • Add view via map click and drag
    1. Activate the Add view function
    2. Click and drag on the map to add one image view using the indicated direction.
  • Search via geocode, XY or object attribute search
    A successful search request via the map search box replaces all open viewers by the closest panorama pointing to the requested location.

Open view from Panorama component

  • Hot-spots
    Click an image ground marker to move to the nearby photo. When hovering above a hot spot the pointer will be displayed as “finger”.
  • Navigation Arrows
    Click the grey arrows on the bottom center of each panorama view to move to the next image in the indicated direction.
    When hovering above a navigation arrow the pointer will be displayed as “finger”.
  • Double-Click
    Double left click to open the nearest image and to retain the orientation angles (heading, tilt, field of view) of your current view.
    This function can only be used if a point cloud is available.
  • <Shift> + Double-Click
    Combine the double click with <Shift> to open and focus the nearest images to the clicked location.
    This function can only be used if a point cloud is available.

Close View

  • Click the panorama reference number in the left upper corner of each panorama view to close that view.
    When hovering above a reference number the number will be displayed as cross and the pointer as “finger”.
  • It is not possible to close the last remaining view.
  • To close quickly multiple views close the leftmost view first.
