Algorithm
Search Box Size: Width and Height and Slice thickness
Dimensions of the 'template' slice.
Search radius and Step trajectory
Distance of search for the similar slice around the initial position, which is determined step trajectory away from previous slice along trajectory line.
Repositioning step
Mask cell size and Profile min match
Slice is split into smaller cells. Cells one-by-one are compared to the cells of the next slice (presence of points inside each of them) and match percentage is determined.
Output
Final line Distance points
Distance between vertexes of the output line.
Smooth Margin
Smoothing tolerance.
