Account

All settings and general information related to your personal or company account can be checked and modified.
Billing info and invoices can be consulted on the corresponding tabs. Depending on your personal Role, different options are available to modify.

Subscription
A Subscription is your basic engagement with 3D Mapping Cloud. It defines the number of users and your payment cycle.

You choose the number of Named Users, and for monthly or yearly payments.
Next to a Subscription, there are additional services you may wish to choose for like Storage capacity. Additional Services are called Add-Ons and are generally paid for with the same payment cycle as your Subscription.

Coupons
Coupons are a way that your organisation can make a payment for a subscription of another organisation. It’s like a Voucher that you can hand over to your business partner, customer, contractor. You can only use Coupons if you have a valid Subscription.

With a Coupon, you can make the payment for an other organisation’s 3D Mapping Cloud account, as a whole or as a part.

Statistics
As part of the information about your Account, 3D Mapping Cloud collects usage, storage and recourse statistics to provide insight for the Account Owner and Administrators.
