Prepare MM Data Viametris

This page describes how to prepare Viametris indoor mobile mapping resources for Orbit.
Using the Viametris Orbit import templates prepared IMMS resources can be imported into Orbit.

Currently no known Viametris IMMS export.

• Image type : Ladybug 5 or Ladybug3, equirectangular panoramas
• Image resolution : ratio 2×1, advised 8000×4000 (Ladybug 5), 5400×2700 (Ladybug 3)
• Files : *.jpg files, each image is one jpg image file.
• File name : Image_000000.jpg, Image_000001.jpg, Image_000002.jpg, ….
• Folder structure : all files in one folder

• Files : one asccii *.trj file
• Rows : each image is one record
• Columns : comma separated (char44), no headers, with exact order as the example below (timestamp, X, Y, Z, heading, var1, var2, var3, var4)
• Value “X”, “Y”, “Z” : local projected coordinate system
